Mid-Century Ranch // Complete Remodel
Entire house remodel including a full electrical, HVAC and plumbing upgrade to modern more efficient systems. Added an extension to the home and updated all interiors including flooring, walls, ceilings. All fixtures, trim, paint and décor were designed by one of the area’s premier interior designers.
Riverfront Condo // Bathroom Remodel
Full bathroom remodel including the addition of heated floors, custom cabinets, walk-in shower and free-standing tub.
Historical Craftsman // Fire Damage Repair
This historical home was badly damaged in a large fire. House was fully reconstructed from the ground up. Improvements included adding ship-lapped vaulted ceilings to all bedrooms, and extensions to all the bathrooms.

Thanks for getting the gazebo down and out of here. We appreciate it very much! Your guys ALL did a great job. They were courteous, professional, and efficient. They were also very respectful in word and in action. You definitely have a great crew. They even went out of their way to take care of Peggy's roses and were careful with the steel posts loading them into the trucks. I can’t say enough nice things about Donivon and his crew. They are friendly, efficient, and they take pride in their work. They were at my house for several months and they were always respectful of the property, cleaning up after themselves every day. On more than one occasion something happened that was unrelated to our contract (the basement started leaking) and Donivon came over immediately to help - on a weekend, no less! My husband was injured recently and needed a hand rail Installed to get up the two stairs to our house. I called Donivon and it was done that day. We had a lot of work done and the total bid was substantial, but Donivon provided a cost breakdown for each item (siding, deck, doors, etc.), and the cost for each element was very reasonable for the work involved. More importantly to me, he has high standards and is committed to “make it right.” This is a contractor you can trust.
Donivon, Thank you for your fantastic work transforming my shop building. The additions are working very well for storage and for my workshop. Oh, and the studio is state of the art! Rave reviews from all those who see it, and the artists are recording.
