Timber Frame Patio Cover
Taking into consideration the amazing view from inside the home, this custom timber frame patio cover was designed to not impede the view from the house. A new patio was poured, and this incredible structure was built to accommodate the family's outdoor lifestyle. Being finished just before inclement weather came, McCord Construction's workmanship withstood a storm so severe, it only happens once every 60 years.

Dream Kitchen
The old kitchen was completely outdated and in need of many repairs. McCord Construction LLC was hired to renovate this old kitchen into a brand new, fully updated space ready for entertaining or cooking the family meal. Working with local design experts McCord Construction was able to turn a dilapidated cooking space, into the kitchen of someone's dreams on time and under budget.

All New Bathroom
Although this bathroom was fully functional and in good condition, the home owner had a vision of a spa like space instead.
McCord Construction LLC was called in to make it happen. Working closely with local suppliers, the old simple bathroom was transformed into a tiled oasis complete with heated floors, multipole shower heads, and all new state of the art fixtures. The old fiberglass walk in shower was replaced with a custom tile walk in shower and a soaking tub.
House Remodel and Addition
Houses eventually fall victim to disrepair and age. This Portland Oregon home was no exception. Opting for a complete renovation rather than selected updates, the home owner was able to completely transform and update this home to the pinnacle of the neighborhood. The kitchen was completely updated, one more bedroom and bathroom were added, and the master bedroom was expanded. Along with all of the home upgrades the garage was also partially rebuilt and updated with new roofing and siding, as well as some organizational upgrades.
Complete Deck Rebuild
This Oregon home had seen its fair share of the Pacific Northwest Weather, and the large wrap-around deck was suffering badly from years of being exposed to the elements and was no longer safe to use. McCord Construction quickly addressed the home owner's needs by building an all new deck, complete with upgrades, and out of materials that will ensure decades of family use in the Northwest climate.

This bathroom was extended and transformed into an amazing spa-like retreat. Tile and stone throughout the build enhance the beauty and style. From the custom shower to the unique vanity, all materials and design aspects were chosen to create a one-of-a-kind bathroom with an expansive and open floor plan, giving lots of space and light.

Major Shop Renovation
A large and functional shop space received a major facelift.
All new windows, siding and trim were installed along with custom accents and a 100 year old fire bell to add that unique finishing touch. Inside a man-cave was built-out and finished with custom accents and trim. Fully wired for networking, sound, security and more.
Not shown is a custom timber-frame cover that will extend out over the man door.
DREAM BATHROOM
Modern Day Bathroom Upgrade
From a plain, out of date bathroom to a modern day retreat, this bathroom remodel took the customer's desire of a spa like retreat and brought it into reality. We added a double sink, new lighting, cabinetry and counter tops, along with custom flooring and a completely custom hand tiled shower. However, the eye is drawn to the remarkable deep soaking tub.
GRESHAM CONDO
Downtown Gresham Condominium
This condominium suffered major flood damage while the owners were away. McCord Construction stepped in to handle all remediation and the complete remodel of the entire residence. All flooring and trim was updated along with fresh paint and all new bathrooms. The floors were all replaced and the kitchen was completely remodeled and updated. All lighting and outlets were upgraded to provide a beautiful new living space in what was an older Gresham condo.
